Problem
Teams don’t see the pulse of user requests until it is too late.
What it does
- Collects new support tickets since the last announcement
- Counts thanks, filters rude messages
- Generates an announcement with a mood
- Runs on a schedule (every 10–15 min)
How it works
- Cron → gather ticket messages → DeepSeek generates text → mood detected → saved
